My nephew often asks me the video cards I promised to give him whenever I come home from official travel in Manila. Most of the time I am too preoccupied with my work that I could not remember it whenever I am away from home. I then said sorry to him because I did not intend to forget it. This morning when hubby and I were walking towards north, I was really scared when we passed somewhere. The place was so quite then suddenly we heard a door chimes. It was windy though the chimes make a sound. Well, it wasn’t scary but I was surprised. It was a beautiful sound that makes you calm. I will try to check in the store if I could find one.

I think every month I put a pound or two in my body. I asked my husband to help me lose weight by doing the quick trim. He accompany with me every morning for our morning walk. He said, if I have more endurance, we will jog at least two hundred meters away then rest then jog again. I am not that fat though but I want to control my weight gaining.
