My wife’s best friend Jeany Amper texted her that she no longer goes to the gym to workout because her husband was against it. Her husband is a seaman and thought that her career-oriented wife could no longer give some quality time with their two angels if she still goes to the gym after her long hours of work. She is now doing exercises at home using her Kettlebell and treadmill.
