Taal Food Trip

Taal, Batangas is one of the most visited place in the Philippines . And most tourists visit Taal for its famous Taal Volcano and the Taal lake. As for my family, we visit the place for another reason—their sumptuous food! My dad loved their “Tapang Taal”, it’s a pork steak that’s much delicious and much softer than the usual Filipino pork steak. While my siblings, my mom and I loved their adobo ( which resembles a curry), bulanglang ( a veggie soup) and their daing na Tilapia (St. Peter’s Fish). And after being stuffed, we indulged ourselves in their local chocolate balls called Tabliya that has a very unique chocolatey goodness one can never resist.
