Insomnia

Insomnia is a problem of falling asleep and staying asleep. When one lacks sleep, we feel grumpy and can’t do things well during the day. Sometimes, it’s hard to remember things and will not enjoy the day with friends and family. Stress, mental or emotional conditions, poor sleeping habits and stimulants may cause sleeping problems. If you are having problems with sleep then it is wise to consult your doctor immediately.
