Watch Your Diet
Want to loose weight without sacrificing any comfort food?! Here’s my tip to a successful weight loss. Eat anything—but do watch the portions. Fill-up at breakfast with oatmeal, fresh berries, soymilk and on occasion, a bit of bread. For lunch, you might have noodle soup or rice with a main mealbut follow it up with lots of fresh food like fruits and salads. Try to keep at a minimum your sugar, salt and red meat intake. Snack on fresh fruits and soy milk. By evening, dine on fresh greens, tofu and any grilled seafood. Carbo and sweets are the culprits to the bloated tummy every morning.

you can put the fish in foil pouch and steam them on the grill so that you do not get any of the harmful carbons there are some great recipes and tips at www.coookingandgrillinoutdoors.com
