Moment of Tears

Why are we afraid to cry? Why do we cry in the first place? When I was younger, I thought tears are just “excess water” that passes through our eyes. But as I grow older, I realized the truth behind our tears. We cry when our hearts couldn’t hide the pain anymore. We can cry if we want! I guess no person is too strong for him not to cry. And I think it’s not a weakness. It is human nature. It actually heals the wound that laughter cannot cure.

  1. Absolutely! And I think that crying about happy things is just as important as crying about sad things. A happy movie or picture can bring me to tears just as easily as a sad one.

  2. Well and beautifully put. A good cry can clear help drain a hurting heart.

  3. This is very true. I don't hold myself if I feel bursting because that's the only time where I can show the real me being hurt or happy.

    Cheers!
