Holy Week

Holy Week is a three day event beginning on Ash Wednesday held several weeks before. The three day even has lots of church activities. Holy Thursday is visitation or "bisita Iglesia." On Good Friday a procession is made where floats depicting the passion of Christ are procession. Easter Sunday is where the meeting of "tabo" of the risen Christ and his mother, the Blessed Virgin Mary takes place. With these church long activities, it all wraps up with the Easter egg hunting by the kids.
