Drink Up!

This summer or hot weather makes you more aware of your need for fluids. But did you know you need as much water in cold weather as you do when it’s hot? Remember to drink at least 8-ounces serving of water per day. Early signs that you’re getting dehydrated include dry, itchy skin, and an increase in headaches.

  1. i'm not much of a water person because i get lazy going to the bathrooms. *grin* no wonder i've been getting the headaches. =(
